Hi, I’m Laura Bronner, a travel writer originally from New York. In September 2010, I left home for what was meant to be a gap year.
The plan was to go to New Zealand and work for six months to save up enough money to quit my job and travel the world for the following six months.
But I fell in love with living abroad. I ended up spending a year in New Zealand. Then when my visa was up, I headed across the Tasman Sea to Australia where I lived for two more years.
Over the last 13 years, I have traveled to 40 countries and lived in 8 of them along the way.
But there’s one country that has caught my attention over and over again. Spain is packed with adventures and I want to share those with you.
Here on The Spain Travel Guru I share all of the discoveries (and some of the mistakes, too!) that I’ve made along the camino.
I hope that you find the information helpful and that together we can learn more about this beautiful and complex country.
